By accessing or using Bloostripe ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bloostripe. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Bloostripe is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers for various local services, including but not limited to home services, beauty & wellness, auto services, tech support, cleaning, landscaping, pet services, tutoring, health & fitness, events, and professional services.
We do not employ service providers. Service providers are independent contractors who use our Platform to connect with customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Bloostripe, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To book services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
When you book a service, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price through our payment system. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cancellation policies vary by provider and will be displayed at booking.
You may cancel bookings according to the provider's cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.
You may submit reviews for services you have used. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and not contain offensive, discriminatory, or false content. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines.
Service providers must read, accept, and comply with our separate Provider Agreement, which outlines additional terms, responsibilities, and obligations specific to providing services through the Platform.
By registering as a provider, you represent that you have all necessary licenses, insurance, and qualifications to provide the services you list.
We may conduct background checks on providers. Approval does not guarantee ongoing access; we may suspend or terminate provider accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for safety concerns.
We charge providers a commission on each booking. Current commission rates are displayed in the provider dashboard. Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOOSTRIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLOOSTRIPE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloostripe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@bloostripe.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Denver, Colorado.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
