Safety Policy

Last Updated: July 17, 2026

Your safety matters. This policy explains how we work to keep Bloostripe safe and what to do in an emergency.

1. Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency services (911 in the United States) first. Bloostripe support is not an emergency service. Only contact us after you are safe.

2. Provider Screening

Providers may be subject to identity verification, document review, and, where legally permitted and consented to, a background check. Screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and approval can be revoked at any time for safety concerns.

3. Reporting Concerns

You can report a provider, customer, message, or review from within the platform. Our team reviews reports and may take action including warnings, suspension, or removal.

4. Private Information Protection

We hide direct contact details in messaging until a booking is confirmed where possible, and our system flags messages that appear to share phone numbers, emails, or off-platform payment requests.

5. Prohibited Service Areas

We do not allow services that are illegal or that pose an unreasonable safety risk. See our Prohibited Services Policy for details.

6. Your Role

Meet in public or well-lit areas when possible, verify a provider's badges and reviews, keep communication on the platform, and trust your instincts. If a situation feels wrong, cancel and report it.
