Reviews help build trust on Bloostripe. This policy explains who can review and what's allowed.
Only customers with a completed job may leave a review for the provider who performed that work. One review is allowed per completed booking.
Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience. You may not post false, defamatory, or retaliatory content, or include private personal information about a provider.
You may edit your review for a limited time after posting. Providers may post a single public reply to your review.
Reviews must not include the provider's home address, phone number, email, or other private data. Reviews containing such information may have the private details redacted.
Bloostripe may remove or hide reviews that contain prohibited content, threats, hate speech, or spam. Moderation actions are logged. We do not alter the meaning of a review; we only remove or restore it as written.
Providers may report a review they believe is fraudulent or abusive. Our team reviews reported reviews and may remove them if they violate this policy.
